As you most probably know, we founded RAVEMORE BERLIN to create a safer Raving-Environment for everyone. We approached this mission by developing AGGREGAT(4), which is specifically designed to meet the needs of Clubbers & DJs and replenish the body's mineral and vitamin storages during raves. To build a community and finance our mission, we have also started hosting events & designing fashion. In the design process we mostly work with local, tattoo artists like e.g. consumed1993 from Berlin.
We are currently working on implementing a marketplace on our online-shop. We want to offer you a variety of products from the newest and hottest designers of the scene and on the other hand, support their businesses.
As a next step, we will work hard on ensuring the availability of our supplement AGGREGAT(4) at your favorite Clubs, Festivals, Spätis etc. To achieve this goal, we will bring to you a ready-to-drink version in cans soon.
Everything that we achieved so far, we did thanks to our community and we couldn't be more grateful for that. However, the journey has just begun and we will need all the support we can get.

How do I cancel/ change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse operates with an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping. However, you can exchange or return any item through our returns center.
How do I return/ exchange an item?
Please use our returns center: Simply enter your email and order number, then select the items you’d like to return. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out to us.
What if I need to change my address?
After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you made a mistake or the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel once it returns to our warehouse.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany within 2-3 business days and handled by DHL and local postal services.

I got a different, damaged or defective item. What's next?
If this happens, please contact our customer service here . We need your order number (#1234), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. If you received the wrong item, we need a photo of the product pls.
