How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany within 2-3 business days and handled by DHL and local postal services.

What if the item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
No worries – if something doesn’t fit or you simply change your mind, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days. No hard feelings. Just send it back via the returns-portal and we’ll sort it out.
How do I return/ exchange an item?

How do I cancel/ change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse operates with an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping. However, you can exchange or return any item through our returns center.
What if I need to change my address?
After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you made a mistake or the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel once it returns to our warehouse.
