How do I cancel/ change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been paid. Our warehouse operates with an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping. However, you can exchange orreturn any item through our returns center.
How do I return/ exchange an item?
Please use our returns center: Simply enter your email and order number, then select the items you’d like to return. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out to us.
What if I need to change my address?
After your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you made a mistake or the delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel once it returns to our warehouse.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany within 2-3 business days and handled by DHL and local postal services.
Please note: The following delivery estimates are based on our experience and may vary. During peak times or due to unforeseen delays, shipments might take longer. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Do I have to pay customs duties if I order from outside the EU?
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid by us. To avoid unexpected costs, please check the import regulations for your country in advance.
I got a different, damaged or defective item. What's next?
If this happens, please contact our customer service here . We need your order number (#1234), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. If you received the wrong item, we need a photo of the product pls.
